Three days of wedding in Andalusia - emotion, cocktails and magic under the Spanish sun
Quite some time has passed since I have shown the last real wedding hier. Reason enough to show something new today. And since springtime here in Germany still leaves much to desire here's something from the Spanish spring - finally the photos of the wedding of Dany and Nicolas on the Costa de Sol last year.
For three days I was able to accompany the two and document a truly special wedding. On the first day, the two had invited into a Beach Club on Marbella's Playa de Rio Real - for a warm-up with tapas and live music.
Day two started with Dany's getting-ready on a finca in Cancelada. The wedding ceremony was held in the beautiful Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación in Marbella's historic district with the German minister Alfred Scheller. From there a 1947 Jaguar MK brought us to the Finca la Concepción - an almost magical place, which with his light installations took everyone under it's spell and turned out to be the perfect location for boisterous partying until the early morning hours.
On the third day, they had planned a celebration in cozy atmosphere at the family's finca in Cancelada. That there would be celebrated just as long and hard as the previous night no one had guessed.
Three days dream wedding under the Andalusian sun - that means countless moments and impressions, and thus also an enormous number of photos. To really embrace the story that these photos tell, the presentation must be something special. The result is an unusually large (and thick) wedding album where actually over 900 photos have found their place. Have fun! ;-)
